Once You were dead; now You live ev­er­more.

The keys to death and to hell You now bear.

You rule the kings of earth by Your pow­er.

To Him who loves us and shed His own blood—

All of our sins in His bo­dy He bore

Made us a king­dom and priests serv­ing God—

To Him be glo­ry

pow­er ev­er­more!

Look

He is com­ing! With clouds He’s ad­orned.

All eyes will see Him when He comes again.

Because of Him

all earth’s peo­ples will mourn.

So shall it be! Amen and amen.
