Doing His Will (Blackall)

If my heart is the Lord’s

All His works I shall do;

In my life I will show

That to Him I am true.

Doing His will I nev­er shall stray

Far from the beau­ti­ful path away.

If I keep in the way

Where He bids me ab­ide

I shall be safe from harm

With my Lord close allied.

He will guide me in peace

Be my stay and my shield

And no foes shall pre­vail

While He owns me His child.

Thro’ the years of my life

His ex­ceed­ing re­ward

Shall be mine

till the end

Purest bliss shall afford.
