while you may!

Jesus will wel­come you home

If you will come to­day.

Look not back

Lest God’s wrath ov­er­take you

And you are lost for aye.

Show you are sor­ry for sin;

And by your ev­ery­day walk

Prove the new life with­in.

Trust in the Sav­ior alone;

Good works alone can­not save

God in His Word hath shown.

Flee from the wrath to come!

Flee to the arms of Christ’s love;

He will most glad­ly re­ceive

And take you to Heav’n ab­ove.
