His Last Command

Go ye into all the world

Was Je­sus’ last com­mand;

Let His ban­ner be un­furled

In every dark­ened land.

Preach the word

re­pent

be­lieve;

Tell the world the Sav­ior’s love;

Freely give as ye re­ceive

Countless bless­ings from above.

To all peo­ple preach the word

Baptizing ev­ery one;

Linger not till all have heard

The mes­sage of God’s Son.

Preach the Gos­pel ev­ery­where

Till Christ to all is known;

Tell them of the man­sions fair

Prepared for all His own.

Lo I’m with you all the way

The bless­èd Sav­ior said;

To the realms of end­less day

His loved ones shall be led.
