O Christ

the way:

Thyself re­veal to me;

And let me hum­bly

day by day

Live

move and walk in Thee.

Thou art the truth di­vine:

Its full­ness may I see;

Believe

and find the pro­mise mine—

The truth shall make you free.

Thou art the life of God;

By Thee the dy­ing live:

In me dif­fuse Thy­self abroad

And life eter­nal give.

Thus

by Thy­self

the Way

I to the Fa­ther come;

Led by the Truth

I can­not stray:

The Life and I are one.
